The participation fees are inclusive of VAT at a rate of 25,5%. Municipalities, public organizations, and businesses can receive a refund of the tax paid in accordance with their tax authorities. Payment terms are 14 days net.

ITK2025 workshops
ITK workshops are organized on the workshop day of the ITK conference, on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
Separate registration is required for Wednesday's ITK workshops.
Late bird registration starting from April 2, 2025
- 350 € + 24 % VAT for 1-2 days of participation
- Registration is also available on-site at the conference venue.

Cancellation policy and participant substitution
Conference registration is binding.
- If participation is canceled at least 30 days before the conference, 50% of the registration fee will be invoiced.
- If cancellation occurs later, the full registration fee must be paid.
- If no cancellation is made, the full registration fee must be paid.
- In special circumstances, participant substitutions are allowed. This must be arranged with the ITK organizers by April 9, 2024.
